My blog post
Here I am. It's weird posting in the same place as Dan. It's like a cheap romance novelist posting on Shakespeare's blog or something. haha. Well, I've got some quick demos of songs I've started. One is pretty much completed, idea-wise, but obviously nothing is set in stone (or ROCK) yet. I'll meet with the infamous El Guapo (Dan) on Wednesday and see what he's pulled out of his sleeves. Or.. what he has up his hat. Something like that. I'm pumped about this, and I hope we find a drummer. If not, we always have my sub-par drumming skills and Dan's iPod!

Tim, Tim, Tim...... well okay, I couldn't have made it to Madison anyway right now, because my dad just got seriously injured in a lawn mower accident and I'm helping to take care of him. But if you never even CONSIDERED me for the drummer spot (which I suspect you didn't).... boy, I'm really crushed. I think we need to have a word at some point in the future!!! Hahahaha, hey I'm just givin you shit. It's all good.
By the way, on an off-topic note, I just went to the Dave Matthews concert at Alpine Valley. It rocked. And in the beer garden thingy, I got carded!!!! Now I'm not gonna tell you how many DECADES I am past the legal drinking age, to say nothing of years, but it's a long-ass time, I'll say that much. But the lady actually thought I might be under 21. That still does happen to me occasionally, and I must admit there's a certain kick to it. Here's to eternal youth!!

Waage is on the shortlist, though I'm hoping not to have to tag him since I know he's insanely busy with the house and all.
I'm trying to contact Glenn, but his old email addresses are all barfing on me, which bodes not well. Next is to ask Bill for some up-to-date contact info.
Right now I think the list is Glenn, then Scott Theis, then Waage, though Tim and I'll have to discuss that tomorrow night.

Scott would freakin rule, although I think he's still doin Johnny Rocker and The High Rollers AND Pine, although I haven't heard much of Pine lately. Man, if we got Scott, it would be like my dream madison super-group, minus a Sunspot member!
